  • RMA Cheetah requires a Return Authorization Number on the Package being returned, or no refund can be issued.
  • Products may be returned within 14 days from receipt.
  • Returned products must be in perfect re-sellable condition.
  • For a full refund, products must be returned in their original package, including all original items shipped.
  • All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
